PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 7-14 days. Most orders (non-custom) will be shipped sooner than this. A flat fee of $8.95 will be charged for shipping and any order over $75.00 will be shipped for free.

Upgrade shipping options (Priority Mail, UPS, Fed Ex) are also available. For a shipping estimate using these routes, email: scent_your_world@yahoo.com

All items sold are handmade and hand poured, so please understand that each product is unique and will resemble the picture shown as much as possible.

CUSTOMER PICKUP

Local orders are available for pickup to save on shipping. Please contact us at: scent_your_world@yahoo.com for directions. Please do not use the web site checkout system, but place an order at the above email.

RETURN POLICY

We will happily replace any defective products. A product will be considered defective if all burning instructions are followed and the product does not burn properly. (ex. length of burn time, proper wick trimming, etc.~see warning label.) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that candles are burned all the way across each time they are used. Candle shades will also help candles burn across faster.
